RESERVATION FORM: Please select your preferred hotel, package or travel service by completing the Reservation Form.

BOOKING SUMMARY: An instant auto-reply notice will be sent to your e-mail account in summarizing your travel service request.

Our Customer Service Officer will contact you via e-mail within the next 24 hours in one of the following e-mail format in regards to your travel service request:-
(a)SERVICE CONFIRMATION: A confirmation notice with be sent to your e-mail account with payment methods and payment due date.
(b)SERVICE ADVICE: In case of requested hotel / travel service is not available, an alternative hotel / travel service with comparable conditions will be suggested for your consideration.

SERVICE VOUCHER: Upon receive your payment, service voucher will be issued and sent to your email account within the next 24 hours.

Should booking fall-in one of the below criteria, advance full payment is required upon reservation.
(i) Promotion rate for request hotel was sold out, an alternative hotel / travel service with comparable conditions had been suggested for your consideration.
(ii) Promotion rate is available in this stage, while check-in date fall-in Immediate payment scenerio.
(iii) Booking’s check-in date fall-in to exhibition / holidays period, situation on hotel room’s availability is extremely tight, “Full period of Guaranteed staying & Payment” ** is required by Hotel. (**Once booking confirmed, NO refund will be granted.)
Upon receiving your acceptance of hotel / travel service and full payment, we will inform hotel to reserve room space & arrange related service immediately.

- Room Type - Room type stands for the type of room which we contracted with individual hotels. For example, "Run of House" means the room type that has been assigned by the hotel, which shall subject to availability at the time of check-in. Meanwhile, single bedroom refers to room with one single bed; twin bedroom refers to room with two single beds, double bedroom refers to room with one double bed.
- Sharing Rooms - A maximum of three adults is permitted to share one room. The third adult could request a rollaway bed with additional fee unless otherwise specified. A maximum of two children aged 2-12 (unless a different range is specified) and two adults are permitted to sharing a room. In such case, rollaway bed could request with additional fee unless otherwise specified.
- Infant – Infants under 2 years are generally accepted free in hotel. However, not all room types are large enough to accommodate an infant's cot. Cots must be requested at the time of booking and some hotels may charge a fee payable locally for this. Cots cannot be guaranteed.
- Meals Arrangement - Meals are not included from the price listed and available upon request.

| RESPONSIBILITY |
Traveler shall be regarded as carrying his/her own risk with respect to loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense to person or property. Meanwhile, traveler accepts full responsibility for any of the expenses, damages or losses arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation on means of transportation, failure to comply with visa and health requirements of the countries they intend to visit, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God. We reserve the right to alter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the traveler if it shall in its sole discretion think this fit or in case of force majeure. We shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting from the force majeure events and shall not be obliged to refund any amount paid to the hotel or any unused portions of travel service in such circumstances. The liability of Asia Travel Care shall not exceed the price of the product or service purchased by the Customer.
FORCE MAJEURE – refer to any circumstances which are unusual and/or unforeseeable which are beyond our control, the consequence of which could not have been avoid even if all due are had been exercised, including but not limited to war or threat or war, riot, civil strife, hostilities, political unrest, government action, industrial dispute, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident, terrorist activity, weather conditions, closure of airports, fire, flood, drought, re-scheduling or cancellation of flights or alteration of the airline or aircraft type by and airline or technical problems with transportation that are outside our control. |
